Culture stone mold silicone operation:

1. Mix the cultured stone mold silica gel  curing agent according to the weight ratio of 100:2-2.5 to mix  stir evenly;

2. Put the well-mixed silica gel into a vacuum machine for vacuum treatment, which will make the finished product smoother  free of bubbles; (if there is no vacuum machine, the curing time can be prolonged to make the silica gel naturally bubble, but The effect is  very satisfactory).

3. Spray (coating) the mold  the frame that have been made with release agent,  place the mold in the middle, slowly  steadily pour the vacuumed silicone into the mold frame until the mold silicone is completely covered Mold,  then wait for it to solidify;

4. After the silicone is completely cured, the mold can be demolded,  the silicone mold is taken out for edge treatment. Generally, the silicone mold after demolding is recommended to be placed for 24 hours before being put into use, which will extend the service life of the silicone mold.

Note on the operation of cultural stone mold silica gel:

1. The silica gel  curing agent must be mixed evenly to avoid the phenomenon that the silica gel is  cured;

2. The configured liquid silicone should be used up as much as possible within the operational time;

3. When the original model is made of glass, ceramics  coated with paint, the original model should be evenly coated with shampoo solution  soapy water. After the water evaporates, refill  brush the mold silica gel, which is beneficial to better demolding;
