Introduction of ceramic pad printing silica gel:
Ceramic pad printing silica gel is an environmentally friendly liquid silica gel specially used for the production of pad printing rubber heads. It is two-component addition molding, A-component silica gel B-component curing agent. A: B is 9:1, it can be cured at room temperature heated.
Features of ceramic pad printing silica gel:
1. The glue is fine, no impurities, no oil, no bubbles;
2. The pattern is clear the effect of oiling oil dropping is good;
3. Low viscosity, good fluidity convenient operation;
4. Food grade, safe environmentally friendly, non-toxic tasteless;
5. High temperature resistance abrasion resistance, the number of printed plastic heads can reach tens of thousands;
Ceramic pad printing silica gel operation:
1. Mix the AB components of the ceramic pad printing silica gel according to the ratio of 9:1 stir evenly;
2. Put the stirred silica gel into a vacuum machine for vacuuming de-bubble treatment, the rubber head will be smoother without bubbles;
3. Spray the mold release agent on the crystal mold, then slowly pour the vacuumized glue into the crystal mold, then let it stand;
4. After the pad printing glue in the crystal mold is completely cured, the mold can be demolded. Generally, the pad printing rubber head should be placed in a ventilated place for about 24 hours after demolding to ensure the good performance of the pad printing rubber head.
Note on the operation of ceramic pad printing silica gel:
1. The ratio of environmentally friendly pad printing silica gel must be in the correct ratio of 9:1, must be mixed stirred evenly when stirring;
2. Addition type silica gel should be in contact with any condensation type silica gel, water, impurities, organotin catalysts, acids, alkalis other organic compounds containing nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, otherwise it will cause the silica gel to appear "poisoned" cause the silica gel to fail. Curing
3. Smoking is prohibited during operation to prevent "poisoning" of silica gel;
4. The proportioned silica gel should be used up within the operating time to avoid waste of rubber material.
