3. Spray the mold release agent on the crystal mold, then slowly pour the vacuumized glue into the crystal mold, then let it stand;

4. After the pad printing glue in the crystal mold is completely cured, the mold can be demolded. Generally, the pad printing rubber head should be placed in a ventilated place for about 24 hours after demolding to ensure the good performance of the pad printing rubber head.

1. The environmentally friendly pad printing silica gel is an addition-molded silica gel. Do contact with any other condensed silica gel during use, otherwise it will cause the silica gel to appear "poisoned" cause the silica gel to cure;
