Features of Chocolate Mold Silicone:

1. Low shrinkage rate, no low molecules are released during the cross-linking process, so the volume remains unchanged, the shrinkage rate is less than 0.1%


2. It is limited by the thickness of the product can be deeply cured


3. Has excellent high temperature resistance, the temperature can reach 300-500 degrees


4. Food grade, non-toxic tasteless, passed FDA food grade certification


5. High tensile tear resistance, many times of mold turning


6. Good fluidity, easy to infuse; it can be cured at room temperature heated to cure, easy to operate


 

Chocolate mold silicone operation:

1. Mix the two components A B evenly according to weight 1:1, then pour after vacuum deaeration. Room temperature (28 degrees) 30 minutes operation time, 2-3 hours complete curing; heating 60-120 degrees, can be fully cured within a few minutes.


2. During operation, separate the container the condensed silica gel use tools that have used room temperature silica gel.


3. Before use, do a skin test on the mold to see if it will solidify before putting it into use.
