20-25 degrees of human body silicone is most suitable for the face head. If you are only doing surface skin, use 10-20 degrees of glue. Generally, 5-10 degrees of human body gel is the best choice for silicone prostheses. Soft products like breasts, buttocks, silicone prosthetic breasts, usually 0-5 degrees of human body silicone.

1. According to the weight ratio of 1:1, the AB two components are correctly weighed;

2. The weighed component A component B are mixed stirred together, must be stirred evenly;

3. Use a vacuum machine to vacuum remove bubbles. The product will be smoother bubble-free, usually about 5-8 minutes. If there is no vacuum machine, the curing time can be prolonged to make the silica gel bubble naturally, but the effect is very ideal;

4. Pour the vacuumed silica gel into the mold, heat it to 80-100 degrees in an oven, it will be cured in about 10 minutes;

5. Finally, demould take out the product.

Attention to the operation of simulated human silicone:

1. Do contact with any other condensed silica gel during use, otherwise it will cause the silica gel to appear "poisoned" cause the silica gel to cure;

2. Do touch water, impurities, organotin catalysts, acids, alkalis other organic compounds containing nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur during use, otherwise it will affect the curing of silica gel, these substances should be mixed during use;

3. Ensure that the operating environment is clean smoking is forbidden to prevent "poisoning" of silica gel;
