Application of liquid tank sealant:

Liquid tank sealant is mainly used for sealing of liquid tank type high-efficiency air filters, optical electronics, LCD liquid crystal manufacturing precision electronic components, etc., plays a protective role in sealing, moisture-proof, shock-proof, insulation. It is also widely used in flat bonding, sealing repairing under high temperature conditions, such as special potting glue for air filters, high temperature baking ovens, high temperature air filters, induction cookers other high temperature equipment bonding sealing.

Characteristics of liquid tank jelly glue:

1. Stable chemical performance, safety environmental protection;

2. Self-adhesive self-healing after vulcanization;

3. Moderate hardness good elasticity recovery;

4. It has moisture resistance, aging resistance, mechanical shock vibration resistance, can be used for a long time at -50℃ -200℃;

Liquid tank jelly glue operation:

1. Before mixing, first mix A component B component in their respective containers thoroughly;

2. When mixing, the weight ratio of component A: component B = 1:1 should be observed;

3. After mixing uniformly, degas at 0.08MPa for 3 minutes. It can be poured directly into the aluminum tank of the liquid tank filter;

4. When the liquid tank rubber compound is used, it should maintain the temperature given in the technical parameter table before after curing. The curing speed of the silicone rubber compound is affected by the curing temperature, it can be vulcanized into a gel at room temperature for 3-8 hours. It takes a long time to cure in winter. It is recommended to cure by heating, curing at 80～100℃ for 20 minutes, curing at room temperature generally takes about 8 hours.

Note on the operation of the liquid tank jelly glue:

1. Jelly glue is a non-dangerous product. If it is in the mouth eyes, it can be washed with water;

2. The configured rubber should be used up as soon as possible to avoid waste;

3. The rubber should be sealed stored;

4. Silica gel will be stratified when stored for a long time, please stir it evenly before use, it will affect the performance of silica gel;

5. This product is an addition-molded silica gel. It cannot be in contact with water, impurities, organotin catalysts, acids, alkalis, compounds containing nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur during operation. These substances should be mixed during use to avoid non-curing of silica gel;

6. Can be mixed with condensed silica gel.
